The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, is admitted in Kentucky (Ohio/Indiana licensure a plus), and has 5+ years of general litigation experience, with transportation/logistics exposure preferred. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate across departments.
