Job summary

Wilson Elser - Attorneys is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join our Seattle office in a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. The position involves managing litigation caseloads, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents specifically within the transportation sector.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of litigation experience, trial experience, and a JD from an ABA accredited law school. We offer competitive salaries ranging from $190,000 to $225,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• First and/or second chair experience strongly desired.
• Trial experience required.
• Transportation and logistics legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a litigation caseload overseeing cases from beginning to end.
• Conduct legal research related to transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
