The attorney will manage caseloads, perform legal research, draft pleadings, attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and collaborate across departments while ensuring client-focused case analysis.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• 3–5+ years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Transportation and logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with emerging e-commerce legal issues preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
