BCG Attorney Search seeks a Transportation Litigation Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada, to handle matters for a large international logistics provider. The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement and cross-office collaboration on complex transportation cases.

The ideal candidate will manage a caseload under a senior attorney, perform thorough legal research, draft pleadings, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• 3–8 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics and related regulations preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce/gig economy legal issues preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload under senior attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
