Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Transportation Litigation Senior Attorney in Costa Mesa, CA. The role involves representing a large international logistics provider in transportation-related litigation, with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement and nationwide collaboration with talented colleagues.

The attorney will handle trial and deposition practice, manage matters from inception to resolution, and perform in-depth research on transportation laws. California admission is required.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California (CA)
• 5-7+ years of general casualty litigation experience
• First and/or second chair experience strongly desired
• Trial experience required
• Experience in transportation and logistics preferred
• Experience with e-commerce/gig economy legal issues preferred
• Deposition and motion practice experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws and regulations
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders
