Wilson Elser is seeking a Transportation Associate in our Las Vegas office. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload from start to finish and working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.

You will regularly appear in court, handle depositions, communicate with clients, and provide status reports while ensuring adherence to client guidelines. This is a hybrid role with potential remote work from Nevada depending on level and business needs.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Nevada.
• 2+ years of general liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation experience.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
• Comply with applicable client guidelines.
