Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of casualty litigation, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and NJ admission. The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement and may include Nevada remote work depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• 3–8 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Transportation/logistics experience preferred or related regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a litigation caseload under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
