Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager in Charlotte, NC, offering hybrid work arrangements. You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, provide deep financial analysis, and deliver Quality of Earnings reports across industries.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in public accounting with 3+ in transaction advisory, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and CPA (preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience, including 3+ years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.
• Demonstrated QA of Earnings analyses and reports; strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Prepare and review Quality of Earnings deliverables and supporting analyses.
• Coordinate engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in importation/formatting of large data sets and manage data room for due diligence.
• Attend networking events and support leadership on complex accounting matters.
