Job summary

Frazier & Deeter seeks a Transaction Advisory Manager in Massachusetts to lead due diligence engagements across industries, collaborating with clients and a skilled advisory team. You will develop insights through EBITDA analysis, working-capital reviews, and revenue recognition assessments.

The role offers a hybrid work environment with exposure to buy- and sell-side engagements, direct client interaction, and progression toward CPA certification support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting, incl 3+ years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.
• Experience preparing Quality of Earnings analyses and reports.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Draft Quality of Earnings deliverables including adjustments to EBITDA and normalization adjustments.
• Analyze working capital patterns and identify normalization adjustments.
• Review workpapers, analyses, and deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate and manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in the importation and formatting of large data sets.
• Manage data room and data request lists for due diligence.
• Attend networking events.
• Support leadership in evaluating complex accounting and transaction-related matters.
