Job summary

Andersen is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for clients across industries. You will identify risks, prepare and review reports, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with target management teams.

The role includes business development, delivering insights, and contributing to a team focused on growth in Tax, Valuation, and Business Advisory services. CPA or CFA desirable; Big Four experience preferred; strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
• CPA, CFA or similar is highly desirable.
• 8+ years at a Big Four or national firm with 5+ years in financial due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and complex accounting issues.
• Proven leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for clients.
• Identify and help resolve complex transaction risks and issues.
• Prepare and review reports and related analyses and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with target management teams and client personnel.
• Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate junior staff.
• Engage in business development activities to market advisory services.
• Receive formal training and pursue additional training opportunities.
