At AtkinsRéalis USA in Tampa, FL, we seek a Training and Workforce Development Manager to lead learning initiatives for District 7. The role blends instructional design, program management, and organizational development to build capability and performance.

You will assess training needs, design and facilitate programs across classroom, virtual, and blended formats, create materials, track outcomes, and coordinate with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and relevant experience in training and development.
• 3-4+ years of experience in training, organizational development, or project coordination.
• Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing data and tracking program performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments with department leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned with District goals.
• Design and facilitate training programs in classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Create training materials, guides, presentations, and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics to improve programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Advise on adult learning principles and learning technologies.
