Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development or related area.
• 2+ years coordinating or leading programs.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, MS Office, and training metrics/reporting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a firmwide learning and development plan aligned with business priorities.
• Assess training needs via stakeholder interviews, performance insights, surveys, and skills-gap analysis.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced training across technical, professional, and interpersonal areas.
• Oversee training calendars, curricula, instructors, vendors, communications, and budgets.
• Lead onboarding, early-career programs, coaching resources, and leadership development pathways.
• Administer and improve the learning management system (LMS) and ensure compliance with CPE reporting.
• Measure learning outcomes and report to leadership with dashboards and recommendations.
