Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration across public and private projects in Florida or Texas. The role focuses on negotiation, documentation, and risk management for Design/Build and Progressive Design Build contracts.

You will guide cross-functional teams, draft and negotiate key documents, and ensure compliance from proposal through project close-out. Industry knowledge and NCMA-credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Knowledge of state law/regulations; experience with multiple contract types, performance-based contracting, and professional services.
• Advanced knowledge of Design/Build contracts and Progressive Design Build (Designer perspective).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the business on contract processing and risk mitigation with dispersed teams.
• Draft, review, negotiate client-facing contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and renewals.
• Lead or assist negotiations from proposal to project close-out.
• Ensure solicition requests are contractually and commercially compliant.
• Coordinate contract approvals and advise on requirements and risk.
