Job summary

Partner is seeking an Instructional Designer I in New York, NY (hybrid). The role blends instructional design with direct training delivery to support ERP launches, ServiceNow, AI literacy, and ongoing adoption initiatives.

You will create engaging learning content across virtual, onsite, and digital formats and collaborate with SMEs to translate complex functionality into practical, user-centered training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in instructional design or L&D preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Experience with authoring tools listed above.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain engaging learning content.
• Translate complex tech into user-centric training experiences.
• Create Articulate Rise/Storyline courses, videos, and job aids.
• Facilitate live trainings and provide hands-on learner support.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project teams for go-live readiness.
• Maintain training resources in LMS and team repositories.
