Job summary

Datasite is seeking a Training Specialist to analyze training needs, build learning solutions, and deliver classroom, virtual, and self-guided e-learning formats for diverse teams and global clients.

You will collaborate with SMEs to design curricula, develop materials, and measure trainee understanding while contributing to documentation and SOPs. The role supports AI-enabled learning tools in a hybrid on-site model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with instructional design or a technical training certification.
• 3–6 years of experience in a training or educational context preferred.
• Team player able to work in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environment to identify instructional strategies.
• Work with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training materials and curricula.
• Monitor comprehension and trainee satisfaction; adjust delivery methods accordingly.
• Maintain and enhance training materials, plans, and SOPs.
• Deliver virtual training to global customers and support documentation.
