Job summary

Point Breeze Credit Union is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Training & Development Team in a full-time, hybrid role in Maryland. You will develop and deliver training across New Hire, Accounts, and Loan programs, create materials, and partner with managers to shape learning initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in curriculum development and strong communication, with LMS and PC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years public speaking or training facilitation experience.
• 3–5 years curriculum development, design, and implementation.
• Financial institution training experience preferred.
• 1–2 years branch banking experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC proficiency and strong tech aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with Credit Union goals.
• Deliver New Hire, Accounts, Loan and product training sessions.
• Create and maintain training manuals, materials, and aids.
• Collaborate with department managers to plan new programs.
• Develop courses for in-person, virtual, and online formats.
• Monitor learner progress and provide follow-up training as needed.
• Maintain training records and prepare related reports.
• Assist with LMS administration and enrollment management.
• Coordinate group training events and video conferencing setups.
