Job summary

Point Breeze Credit Union is seeking a full-time Training Specialist to support learning initiatives across departments. You will deliver New Hire, New Accounts, Loan, and related trainings, while developing curricula and maintaining training materials.

This role reports to the Training & Development Manager and requires collaboration with SMEs and department leaders. At least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in training facilitation or coaching are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of public speaking, training facilitation, or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing learning strategies aligned with credit union goals.
• Deliver and observe training sessions (New Hire, New Accounts, Loan, etc.).
• Create, update, and maintain training manuals, materials, and curricula.
• Collaborate with managers and SMEs to expand training programs and content.
