Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in Carmel/Indianapolis seeks a Business Process Design & Improvement Analyst II - Training to design, develop, and deliver training programs for title operations, including AI-enabled content and offshore teams.

The Analyst partners with leadership to set curriculum direction and ensures content stays current with regulations. The role requires designing onboarding, continuing education, and certifications, delivering sessions, and measuring impact with KPIs across time

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering training to operational audiences, virtual and in-person.
Experience training distributed teams across time zones, including offshore or nearshore audiences, preferred.
Instructional design or adult learning experience preferred; strong operations experience can substitute.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4 years' experience.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Development: build training content and experiences for the title operations workforce.
Training Delivery: facilitate virtual and in-person sessions across domestic and offshore teams.
AI-Enabled Content & Capability: apply AI tools to accelerate content development and personalization.
Performance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement: track KPIs and iterate content based on data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Operations, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders.
