Cox in the Indianapolis area seeks a Sr. Analyst for Business Process Design & Improvement (CAI Inventory Solutions). The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, analyze KPIs, and implement throughput improvements.

This hybrid position requires residence in the Carmel/Indianapolis market with 2–3 days in the office; you will lead capacity planning, load balancing, and financial impact analysis to optimize resources and service levels.
