Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Training & Development Analyst II in the Carmel/Indianapolis area. The role designs, develops, and delivers training programs for title operations staff and offshore teams, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate content and personalize learning paths.

You will translate policy and regulatory requirements into learner-ready content, deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, and use data to track KPIs like time-to-proficiency and knowledge retention while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience.
Experience designing and delivering training to operational audiences, virtual and in-person.
Experience training distributed teams across time zones, including offshore or nearshore audiences, preferred.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Development: Build the training content and learning experiences that prepare the title operations workforce to perform consistently and accurately.
Training Delivery: Deliver training that builds proficiency, confidence, and consistency across domestic and offshore audiences.
AI-Enabled Content & Capability: Apply AI tools to accelerate content development, personalize learning, and improve outcomes.
Performance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Use data to identify capability gaps and improve training effectiveness over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, current, and operationally relevant.
