Job summary

Manheim is seeking a Training Analyst II - Training to design, develop, and deliver learning programs for title operations. The role partners with leadership to set strategy, then creates virtual and in-person content for domestic and offshore teams, leveraging AI to accelerate development and personalize paths.

You will use operational data to identify capability gaps, ensuring training stays current with policy, regulatory, and operational requirements, and report on KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training to operational audiences, virtual and in-person.
• Experience training distributed teams across time zones, including offshore audiences.
• Instructional design or adult learning experience preferred; strong operations experience can substitute.
• Able to translate operational data into focused training interventions and measurable improvement.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Development: Build training content and experiences for title operations workforce.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions for domestic and offshore teams.
• AI-Enabled Content & Capability: Apply AI tools to accelerate content development and personalize learning.
• Performance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Use data to identify gaps and improve training effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and SMEs to validate content.
