Employers Council, Inc. is seeking a Training Consultant to support members with corporate training operations, registration, learning systems, and program delivery.

The role blends responsive customer service with adult-learning facilitation, needs assessment, and the development of effective in-person and virtual learning experiences. Successful candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and a passion for helping others learn.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in adult learning, facilitation, and needs assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational leadership, organizational development, or HR, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to train and facilitate groups of assorted sizes in leadership, conflict management, and customer relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Promotes and sells onsite training programs from the training catalog aligned to client needs.
• Assesses training needs with members and defines delivery requirements with scopes of work for onsite engagements.
• Manages onsite training opportunities from inquiry to engagement, including objectives, format, audience size, and pricing.
• Builds relationships with members to identify additional training engagements and expand services.
• Develops packaged solutions combining onsite training with surveys or organizational development services.
• Maintains documentation of opportunities, needs, solutions, pricing, and next steps.
• Delivers training classes and presentations in-person and virtually using adult-learning methods.
• Collaborates with staff to assess learning needs and evaluate results.
