Job summary

Quva is seeking a Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and communication of our Total Rewards strategy. This role guides health, welfare, retirement, base pay, incentives, and other rewards programs while ensuring compliance with ERISA and related laws.

The position is hybrid and based in Sugar Land, Texas, reporting to the HR leadership. A track record in Total Rewards and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years designing and implementing Total Rewards Programs
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs and vendor experience

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, administration, and communication of Total Rewards programs.
• Partner with leadership to leverage compensation and benefits programs to meet objectives.
• Analyze rewards programs for market competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Remain compliant with ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, and related laws.
• Oversee benefits vendor relationships and contracts.
• Design and administer base pay, variable pay, merit, and market analysis.
• Supervise and train staff in the Rewards group.
• Draft communications and enrollment materials; coordinate with vendors
