Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasingly progressive experience in Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) required.
• Workday Compensation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and benefits cycles.
• Manage compensation data and structures in Workday, partnering with HRIS.
• Analyze total rewards program performance and provide actionable insights.
