Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in analytics, workforce reporting, HRIS, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics and insights to support compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Analyze compensation data, market pricing, pay equity, and benefits program effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and reports to transform data into insights for leaders.
• Support benefits planning, budgeting, and audits with data analysis.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards team across projects and initiatives.
• Ensure data governance and security of HR data.
