Job summary

CHANEL Finance Division is seeking a Payroll Timekeeping Specialist to support accurate, timely, and compliant timekeeping and payroll operations across the organization.

This hybrid role in Piscataway, NJ will serve as a key contact for employees and managers, review adjustments, monitor approvals, and ensure data readiness for payroll processing. You will work with UKG Pro systems and help improve data accuracy and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro is a plus.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing and timekeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets.
• AS/AA in Accounting, Business Administration, HR or related finance field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Time Off inbox for timely, professional responses.
• Review, process, and track timesheet adjustments in line with policies and payroll deadlines.
• Audit time-off, attendance to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Support timekeeping data accuracy ahead of payroll processing.
• Guide employees and managers on timekeeping processes and system navigation.
