Marathon Petroleum Corporation in St. Paul Park, MN is seeking a Time & Scheduling Coordinator to provide scheduling and payroll support for hourly employees using WorkForce and Indeavor.

The role reports to the HR Director and ensures accurate timekeeping and pay per CBA and MPC practices. You will partner with HR Business Partners, coordinate biweekly payroll, manage schedule changes, and train new hires and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Four years of timekeeping, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience with large payrolls and labor contracts is highly preferred.
• Experience using Workforce and Indeavor software is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as site scheduling and timekeeping SME for hourly staff.
• Coordinate biweekly payroll with the corporate payroll team and ensure deadlines.
• Manage schedule changes, leave requests, and pay code edits in line with the CBA and MPC practices.
• Assist HRBP in implementing site programs like job bidding, absence control, and fatigue risk management.
• Provide reporting and research support for timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll data requests.
