Job summary

1st Central is seeking a Third Party Intervention Advisor to join our Claims Ownership team in Salford Quays, Manchester. You will proactively manage the capture and handling of third-party claims where our customer has been identified at fault, engaging third parties and promoting our intervention service.

• Experience in sales, customer service, claims or target-driven environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims with diary management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to capture claims and drive conversion.
• Progress third-party claims from initial contact through to resolution.
• Engage suppliers, insurers and customers to coordinate repairs and mobility solutions.
• Mitigate indemnity spend and control claim costs.
• Deliver positive customer outcomes with professional, empathetic service.
