Employment Specialists Ltd seeks a skilled Third Party Motor Claims Handler to manage a busy caseload and deliver excellent claims service. The role offers hybrid work with a balance of office and home-based duties, supporting customers through the claims process.

You will be adept at negotiating settlements, handling liability decisions, and maintaining strong client relationships within a professional insurance environment.

Formación

• Experience handling Third Party Motor claims or similar insurance claims.
• Ability to explain liability decisions clearly and negotiate settlements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own caseload of Third Party Motor claims up to £50,000.
• Explain liability decisions clearly and negotiate settlements as economically and efficiently as possible.
• Evaluate quantum by gathering relevant evidence and adjusting reserves.
• Liaise with internal and external partners at all levels.
• Keep customers updated on progression of their claim.
• Develop relationships with clients by providing friendly, efficient service.

For more experienced and senior candidates, you can also act as a technical referral point across their team and provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, enabling them to maximise their potential

Key responsibilities of the Third Party Motor Claims Handler role include:

• Manage your own caseload of Claims, handling all aspects of Third Party Motor claims, up to a value of £50,000
• Clearly explain decisions on liability and negotiating settlement as economically and efficiently as possible
• Evaluate quantum by gathering relevant evidence, adjusting reserves in accordance with company reserving processes
• Liaising with internal and external partners at all levels
• Ensure Customers are kept up to date with the progression of their claim
• Develop relationships with clients by providing a friendly, efficient service

To be a successful Third Party Motor Claims Handler you will demonstrate:
