• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.

• Attract Sales Talent: Attract various levels of sales talent to build a team of successful individuals.
• Develop Sales Associates: Develop sales associates to increase knowledge, experience, and earnings year over year.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly growth and prioritize customer stops.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using proven programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings to customers.
