Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: attract various levels of sales talent to build a team of successful individuals.
• Develop Sales Associates: develop sales associates to increase knowledge, experience, and earnings year over year.
• Relationship Management: cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weeks in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed sales quotas following training programs and processes; aim to double sales in five years.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report back to customers on cost-savings.
