Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Manager (Hybrid) to recruit, train, and lead a district sales team while driving growth in the assigned territory. You will recruit talent, develop people, and manage relationships with customers to identify opportunities and increase earnings.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and managing teams, and involves travel to customer and partner locations within the area. A outcomes-driven trainer mentality is valued.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Attract sales talent to build a strong team in the territory.
• Develop sales associates to grow knowledge, experience and earnings.
• Cultivate relationships with customers in the territory to uncover opportunities.
• Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following company sales programs and training.
• Maintain records of daily sales activities and report cost savings to customers.
