Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Manager (Hybrid) to lead a district’s sales team, hire and develop talent, and drive territory growth. You will implement company programs, manage relationships with customers, and ensure execution of our sales strategies across assigned routes.

You will attract sales talent, develop associates, and maintain accurate records of daily activities while reporting cost-savings and performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hiring, training or managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area and attend company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: Attract various levels of sales talent to build a team of successful individuals.
• Develop Sales Associates: Develop sales associates to increase their knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company''s proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
