Job summary

CTM in Millersville, MD is seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to support a period of growth. This hybrid role requires working from our Millersville office Tuesday through Thursday, 30–40 hours per week, with flexible hours to fit CTM's needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and nontechnical positions, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, selection, and accepted offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, refine job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and ensure an efficient, consistent interview process for all candidates.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, professional networks, targeted outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate screens that assess relevant experience, technical alignment, communication skills, career interests, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, useful screening notes and recommendations.
• Coordinate interview activity, prepare candidates and interviewers, drive timely feedback, and help hiring teams reach well-supported decisions.
• Maintain consistent and responsive communication with candidates throughout the process, creating a positive experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Build broad and representative candidate pipelines while supporting a fair, consistent, and job-related selection process.
• Maintain accurate and timely applicant tracking system records, candidate documentation, requisition status, and required recruiting data.
• Monitor pipeline health, source effectiveness, hiring progress, and potential delays; communicate risks early and adjust recruiting activity as needed.
• Represent CTM's employer brand professionally and the candidate experience.
