Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions across the United States. This full-time temporary role is based in Paramus, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).

You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs, develop strategies, and recruit for functions across merchandising, design, marketing, sales, finance, IT, HR, and legal, among others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in retail, fashion, accessories, luxury or consumer products.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions.
• Experience mentoring recruiting coordinators or interns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across the United States., from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for corporate functions including merchandising, design, marketing, sales, finance, information technology, human resources, legal, and other business areas.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
