Radial Entertainment is seeking a Temp Coordinator, Sales Operations to support the West Los Angeles sales team. The role involves scheduling asset deliveries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining deal data across systems. It is a full-time temporary position with a hybrid work setup.

Reports to the Vice President of Sales Operations. Pay rate ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, with a 6-month contract and potential extension to full-time.

Qualifications

• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Detail-oriented with careful delivery of schedules and data.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and TEAMS.
• 1–2 years of entertainment industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule asset deliveries, confirming methods, dates and specs.
• Liaise with internal teams to service licensed content accurately and timely.
• Update deal and delivery data across tracking systems and databases.
• Create and maintain client avails and internal tracking reports.
• Provide admin and coordination support and status updates.
• Track delivery milestones and flag issues for follow-up.
• Support the Sales Operations team in a dynamic environment.
