Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment in Dallas/Frisco. This hybrid role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding activities in UKG, while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to keep hiring on track.

Required experience includes 3–5 years in high-volume recruiting, onboarding experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and UKG Recruiting/Onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience onboarding and verifying I-9 documents.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and UKG Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Experience with Boolean searches and job boards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Hybrid role with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen candidates for a high volume of open positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruiting channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in weekly on-site job fairs in the Dallas/Frisco area.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in UKG Recruiting.
• Support candidates through onboarding in UKG and review I-9 documentation for completeness and accuracy in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
• Communicate timely updates, manage competing priorities, and meet recruiting deadlines.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to adjust sourcing and hiring activity as business needs change.
