Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment in the Dallas/Frisco area. You will manage recruiting from sourcing through onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to keep hiring on track.

Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site job fairs, conducting screens, and maintaining accurate candidate records in UKG Recruiting.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting (agency or in-house).
• Experience supporting onboarding and verifying I-9 documents.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and UKG Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid role with remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and screen candidates for a high volume of open positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in weekly on-site job fairs in the Dallas/Frisco area.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in UKG Recruiting.
• Support candidates through onboarding in UKG and review I-9 documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate timely updates, manage competing priorities, and meet recruiting deadlines.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to adjust sourcing and hiring activity as business needs change.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, in an agency or in-house setting.
• Required experience supporting onboarding and verifying I-9 documents.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and UKG Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a hybrid role with remote work.

This position is based in the Dallas/Frisco area and follows a Monday–Friday hybrid schedule. The role includes weekly on-site job fairs. Temporary assignment details, including duration, can be shared during the hiring process.
