Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting delivery and onboarding operations. You will ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and strong team performance across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on expertise in UKG Pro, I-9/E-Verify, and a strategic approach to high-volume hiring, with a focus on both hourly and salaried positions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting ops, onboarding, or HR
• At least three years of direct people management
• Experience leading high-volume multisite/multi-state recruiting
• Hands-on knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify processes
• Experience managing onboarding workflows in UKG Pro

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, and leadership roles across locations
• Set priorities, balance workload, and resolve escalations before hiring dates
• Guide sourcing strategies for diverse markets and time-sensitive openings
• Manage onboarding from offer through start-ready, including pre-employment steps
• Partner with ops, HRIS, payroll, and leaders to support workforce needs
• Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and train the team
