Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting delivery, onboarding in UKG Pro, and compliance across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy, this role will guide strategy and coach a dispersed team.

The ideal candidate brings seven years of TA and at least three years of people-management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting and strong collaboration with Operations and HR.

Qualifications

Seven+ years in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
At least three years of direct people-management experience.
Experience leading high-volume, multisite recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
Strong knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
Experience onboarding in UKG Pro, including start-date readiness.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

Set priorities and workload plans to ensure timely hiring and start dates.
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, operational, and leadership roles across locations.
Guide sourcing strategies for difficult markets and bilingual talent.
Manage onboarding in UKG Pro from offer to start readiness, including I-9 and E-Verify.
Partner with Operations, HR, HRIS, Payroll, and leaders to support workforce needs.
Improve recruiting and onboarding processes and reporting accuracy.
