Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume accounting environment is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor payments, general ledger coding, account reconciliations, and accounts payable procedures is required.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process vendor invoices while ensuring accurate general ledger allocations and approvals.
• Payment Processing: Prepare vendor payments, manage payment schedules, and resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, process new vendor setups, and respond to payment and invoice inquiries.
• Expense Management: Reconcile corporate credit card transactions, review expenses, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Account Reconciliations: Support month-end close activities, reconcile accounts payable balances, and investigate discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accounts payable reports, support audit documentation, and assist with accounting process improvements.
