CPG is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant in Ashburn, VA, offering a hybrid schedule with 2-4 days onsite. The role supports accurate processing of vendor invoices, expenses, and payments, while maintaining vendor records and assisting with month-end close.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in accounts payable, an accounting degree, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong attention to detail.

• Requires 3+ years in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
• ERP experience, preferably NetSuite; high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Review supporting docs, approvals, coding, and policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and accruals.
• Support audits with required documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and GL teams to ensure proper processing.
