Pure Hockey, LLC in Holliston, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This on-site role handles invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, banking activities and month-end support while maintaining accurate records and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to research discrepancies.
• Experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and code in NetSuite, route for approval and timely payment.
• Manage vendor payments by multiple methods and maintain check register.
• Reconcile statements and cards; monitor due dates and approvals.
• Support bank deposits, cash reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain internal controls and improve AP processes.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain accurate records.
