Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a systems analysis or technical support role within the telecommunications industry.
• Solid understanding of telecommunication network components, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, SIP), and services.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with SQL is advantageous.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and modeling skills (e.g., UML).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with both on-site and remote team members is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market in South Africa.

Responsibilities
