Placements24 is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid role in Paarl, Western Cape. Identify sites for telecommunications infrastructure, assess feasibility, negotiate leases, and secure approvals in collaboration with engineering and legal teams.

You will manage end-to-end acquisitions, maintain precise site records, and build relationships with landowners, authorities, and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or Telecommunications and 5+ years’

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years in site acquisition, preferably telecom or real estate.
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and local government approvals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sites based on network plans.
• Conduct site feasibility studies including zoning analysis and access rights verification.
• Negotiate leases with landowners, agents, and legal reps.
• Prepare and submit site acquisition proposals.
