Job summary

Rebel Talent Systems seeks an analytically driven consultant to support a confidential telecom industry client. You will develop data-driven methodologies, build market sizings, and create Excel-based models used by clients across Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City.

You will translate complex problems into structured approaches, conduct market research and interviews, and help synthesize findings for presentations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured, manageable approaches.
• Clear verbal, written, and visual communication of complex ideas; familiarity with business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel, data-driven methodologies and own execution of complex client problems.
• Build business models, market sizings, and quantitative Excel-based tools delivered to clients.
• Research market demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and technology trends, including survey design and interviews.
• Assist with synthesis and presentation of findings and recommendations to clients.
• Build content-specific knowledge over time.
• Support internal firm-building: recruiting, mentoring interns, D&I, community service, special projects.
