Canon USA is seeking a customer-facing technical services professional to ensure smooth implementation, configuration, and support of Canon’s technology solutions. The role focuses on hands-on execution while aligning with customer goals and success outcomes.

The position involves delivering fleet management and software solution services, maintaining relationships with client IT teams, and enabling measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Customer Success experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains knowledge of the client's networking environment and solutions deployed.
• Delivers application administration services for fleet management, output management and scanning software.
• Maintains effective relationships with client IT administrators and personnel.
• Supports client achievement of measurable business outcomes by ensuring product and technical services adoption.
• Supports identification and mitigation of risks related to customer feedback and environment.
• Develops and delivers technical material for customer resources or end users.
