Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Technology Operations Specialist to deliver hands-on technical services, configure solutions, and support clients in a hybrid, full-time role across Doral, Boca Raton, and Miami.

You will manage fleet software, testing, setup, and training, maintaining strong client relationships and driving adoption of Canon solutions. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• Requires 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Certification requirements: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical services and application administration for fleet management and scanning software.
• Maintains knowledge of client's networking environment and solutions deployed.
• Develops and delivers technical material for customer resources and end users.
• Manages customer relationships and escalates with the team as needed.
• Supports risk identification and mitigation related to environment and performance.
