Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management software, and other commonly used office software packages.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires up to 30% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record).
• Requires good interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers structured project management services for Internal and Client Projects.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and ensures commitment from all concerned.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and reviews tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicates project status, issues and risks to management.
• Defines and maintains implementation processes and lifecycles.
• Maintains accurate time and activity tracking in approved systems.
