Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with progressive scope/responsibility.
• Experience delivering initiatives and driving execution.
• Experience influencing and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a team of highly technical employees and manage performance.
• Deliver robust technical solutions and ensure service level commitments and project timelines.
• Oversee design artifacts and ensure testing/validation before release of new technologies.
• Drive process improvements and ensure SDLC alignment with standards.
• Define, track and report department performance and metrics to leadership.
